REAL PATIENTS
In one sentence: Nima is the Man to see!!! I saw Nima back in November 2024 after I had to withdraw from my 2-day golf tournament. My lower back was in a lot of pain and was only getting worse with each range session or round. After the initial consultation, I decided to get a therapy package created which focused on increasing my mobility and creating speed in the right portions of my golf swing. Since these sessions, I haven’t had any issues with my lower back, increased my strength, and most importantly, increased my mobility. I am extremely grateful for Nima’s work and his ability to not only work with me but teach me the WHYs of my back pain. I am now very aware of the signs and the importance of pre and post-round stretching. Since these sessions, I am now able to move freely and have shot my lowest tournament round in years. I shot -2 (70) at La Costa south and won my event by 4 shots. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Nima!!!Sonny C
I had injured my shoulder working out, and lost the ability to even do a simple bicep curl; it was disconcerting not knowing what was wrong. On the very first visit, Dr. Nima was able to quickly assess the exact issues through a series of tests (ChatGPT had misdiagnosed for me), as well as the underlying causes behind them. He created a custom-tailored plan for me to heal my rotator cuff; gain more flexibility; and increase the strength of targeted shoulder muscles, all things that were the root causes of my injury.Steve SWithin 2 months of working with Dr. Nima, not only is my injury completely healed, I have increased strength in core muscles and greater flexibility to avoid having further shoulder injuries.
What I appreciate about working with Dr. Nima, is the personal attention and care he puts into his work. He exudes a deep understanding of the human body and takes time to explain the diagnosis and how the treatment plan he puts together will cure it. Further, he performs tests at sessions that give the patient real measurable data on their improvement.
I’ve been working with Dr. Nima Enyati at Tee It Up PT for about a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about his expertise and genuine care. Originally, another doctor had told me I was dealing with arthritis in my arm. The pain was so severe that I couldn’t even lift a bucket of balls with my right forearm, and my grip strength was almost nonexistent.Heather K
On my first visit, Dr. Nima immediately suspected that it was tennis elbow, not arthritis. Using a combination of cupping (he worked on a spot in my back that caused my forearm to throb—he explained that was a good sign of “release”) and other targeted therapies, he helped me regain my strength and mobility. Remarkably, I’ve now been pain-free for more than 10 months.
Still being an active tournament golfer, working with Nima has helped me become more aware why I have these “weak” areas in my golf swing which is a result of poor strength or mobility in certain parts of my body. For example, I had an early extension in my swing which was a results of my poor inner hip strength that did not allow me to load in back swing. After 10 months of strengthen and mobility work with Nima, my hips are firing better than they ever have! As a PGA golf professional at Miramar Golf Course, being able to swing a club and teach without pain is vital. If you’re struggling with pain or limited mobility, I highly recommend Tee It Up PT and Dr. Nima Enyati. He truly understands the specific demands of golfers and delivers personalized, top-notch care. It’s also lots of fun to talk golf during each session we have!
I would highly recommend Dr. Nima to anyone that has body pain, even for just a diagnosis. I can confidently say that in just two months, I went from researching my injury on chatGPT to being cured and more resilient to further injuries.
I came to Nima with some hip and glute pain which wasn’t going away. He immediately started testing the area and adjacent ones like the lower back and quickly determined some plausible causes. We set up a program which got me back to full health in less than two months.Agustin LNima’s unique ability is to customize the program to the patient and the situation. He doesn’t follow cookie-cutter recipes or programs. Instead he thinks deeply about the each situation, does experiments to get more information, and adapts the program to how things are progressing.
He is a phenomenal clinician and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Whether your a golfer or not, if you’re dealing with any kind of injury or physical limitations Dr. Nima is your guy. Saw him doing some consultations at my driving range and I had been dealing with a chronic Achilles injury. Within a few sessions and some manual therapy I was back at 100% and was able to get back to my normal exercise and golf routine! He also has shown me a lot of exercises and stretches to address the root of the problem and prevent it from reoccurring. Highly recommend Dr. Nima if you’re looking for a knowledgeable physical therapist that can provide real results.Kevin S
