MY STORY
Born and raised in the Bay Area, CA, Dr. Nima has always had the passion for sports, biomechanics, and problem solving. He has his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, grew up playing basketball primarily, but also many other sports with his friends. He carried this passion on to Physical Therapy School to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2017. After graduation, he pursued a career in orthopedics, helping active adults and athletes get back to being healthy, fit, and building longevity. He has worked with golfers, basketball players, soccer players, martial artists, and everything in between.
After moving back to San Diego in 2021, his passion for working with golfers grew as he pursued a certification through the Titleist Performance Institute. This is where he dove deep into understanding the nuances of the golf swing including biomechanics, pressure and force generation, and injury prevention. He is now TPI Medical Level 2 certified. He plays and practices golf multiple times a week, loves every aspect of the game, and wants to help others play golf for as long as possible while helping them overcome injury, increase their mobility & strength, and improve their fitness and performance!
